15.4.2012 / playdates

we had a big playdate today! we went to mama crystal's house, and she has three little ones - almost six, three, and one (and a little baby in her belly) - and ashley brought sophia over too since they live a few doors apart. sophia and you are only two days apart, and had the same due date! that's pretty cool (: you two are pretty close developmentally too. crystal has some very sweet kids...aidan was so polite and just liked to touch you and ah, just so sweet! so was heidi, who before going to the store with her daddy said, 'mommy?' 'what honey' 'i love you' 'i love you too honey' umm it was so super cute! crazy to think there will be a day (sooner than i'd like, i'm sure!) when you will say things like that to me (:(: i bet they will love having another new baby around! something so amazing (forgive me if i've said it) about a mama with a baby inside holding a baby! anyway, it ended up getting really nice and warm out too, so we hung out in the yard for awhile. we went to crystal's to hang out, and she was sharing some sun hats! which are super cute. one is still too big, but will probably fit in a few weeks or so. we came home and cleaned, i nursed you in the ergo while i cooked chicken, and wore you while i swept! it was kinda fun (; grandma was excited to see you after being gone for the last few days! you crashed early...and come to think of it, had three naps today! probably still not quite as long as they should be, but hey, we are getting there! no really, you were out before 930...impressive(:
